We worked with Kaitlyn for almost a year before finding the perfect home. She was very patient, made arrangements to get us in to view houses quickly, responded to our questions & concerns no matter what day or time it was and was an all around delight to work with! If she didn't know an answer she would find out for us, she pointed out things in houses that we hadn't thought about and sent us listings that entailed many of our wish list items. She actually went out on maternity leave part way through our search and we requested to resume our search with her when she returned. :) She has become a friend, not just a realtor!

Kaitlyn was truly exceptional with getting my fiance and I our dream home! I met her when she helped my grandpa get his forever home. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. She was always available for house tours, and was very responsive. Whenever we had questions about the property, she would always go and find the information for us. She will try her hardest to help you find your dream home. I highly recommend her! Dan was really patient, and if he didn't have the answer to a question I had, he made sure to find out. My original offer was not accepted, but when the property came back up, Dan was on vacation, and still put in an offer for me and kept things going. He is very knowledgeable, and he also took time to listen.
