Met Carolyn at an open house and found her very personable. After talking for a while, we knew she was the right agent to sell our home. Carolyn was very thorough and helpful. She dealt with multiple offers and helped us get the maximum amount for our sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying a house. I would also not hesitate to use her again.

My experience selling my condo with the help of Omar was so simple and only took two days to come to a written agreement. The woman decided to buy it in just two days after seeing it twice, and paying full price. My place was clean and all finished along with appliances and decorations. If I was to do it again I certainly would have Omar and his wife do it do the job.

Kim is a fantastic blend of expertise, knowledge, personableness, ease of interaction with others, and sense of humor. All the advice she gave to us was spot on, as well as the assistance she provided to help us through the nuts and bolts of the sale itself. All in all, as it says in the summary above, we have been VERY pleased and satisfied with Kim as our real estate agent. We HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

My wife Fran and I had a most positive experience while recently purchasing our home in Grand Palm, Venice. The credit for such an experience goes in large part to Real Estate Agent, Omar Shehaiber. Ever professional and amazingly responsive, Omar spent hours of attention to the entire purchasing process from our first view of our home to closing and post closing. Omar, with his integrity and helpfulness, is a breath of fresh air to his profession.

My experience with Omar has been amazing. He was able to list and sell my property for a way better price than competitors and his fees were more competitive. Overall, Omar is a great agent to have on your side. He takes his job seriously and will do what he promises. I couldn’t be more pleased.

They were really knowledgeable on every thing. They were very helpful and knew what they were doing.I wouldn’t have anybody else. I know there are some realtors that all they want is to make a lot of money of your sale but they didn’t. Every time I had a question they were quick to answer it. Wonderful to work with.If you need a great realtor call them.

Omar truly cares about his clients and loves helping them find what they are looking for. We looked about a dozen houses and he was very knowledgeable on all of them. He wasn't pushy, he listened to any concerns or wants I had. He took to me to 'my dream home'. It wasn't quite in the location I wanted, and he immediately found another and we went there. I closed within a month and three months later, safe to say this is my dream home. The location is perfect, the house is perfect, and Omar is phenomenal. He will get you exactly what you want with patience, persistence and pride.
