Traci is an Outstanding realtor! She remained in contact with us, sending house possibilities and follow up emails, texts, calls to see how we were during the process. Traci "found" us on-line when we were looking at a 5-acre property on Zillow in August 2022. She contacted us and asked if she could help. She showed us the property of interest and was very astute on zoning issues with that unusual property in Englewood. We decided against that particular property, but Traci had gotten a good idea of our interests and periodically sent us properties that might be a "fit" for us. After several other showings, we identified another property; Traci initially checked it out for us and began communications with the seller's agent.
