I had the pleasure of working with Tatiana on building and purchasing a new construction home for me and another one for my son. Tatiana helped a few of my friends who were extremely happy with her and I trusted the recommendation. The recommendation was great. Tatiana is a wealth of knowledge that goes beyond a mere "location, location, location". She became our advisor, as if she was part of our family helping me make the best decisions. Tatiana also solved many problems that came up throughout the construction process and her meticulous attention to detail caught a lot of mistakes or oversights in documents, agreements, and even blueprints. Tatiana was highly recommended by my mother's friend and she did not let us down. Now I'm not an novice in real estate and held a real estate license in another state a while back, so I was definitely not ignorant regarding many real estate personalities that I've met in this industry. Tatiana pleasantly surprised me. Right from the beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and carefully prepared properties that matched our expectations. She always listed pros and cons on every option we've looked at and the level of transparency was refreshing. She also never pressured us into anything and we felt very comfortable and in control. Eventually we went with 2 new construction homes. Tatiana was well prepared and thorough. She is an expert in North Port / Charlotte / Venice area and was able to guide us through many issues, as well as advising us on the builder's options and provided detailed suggestions - those priceless "little" things we would have never knew or thought of until too late. From the beginning and to the end of closing and passing the keys, Tatiana seemed to always remain on top of everything going on. Not a question was missed or not proactively handled throughout challenges in the new construction - and trust me there were many scenarios where the build did not go according to plan. Working with us, Tatiana was always accessible and patient. We never felt rushed and always felt to be in the hands of someone who cares about us. I've asked Tatiana to represent me in at least 6 more investment deals since then. She has come through every time and I couldn't be more grateful. I absolutely recommend her!

Mellisa did an amazing job with all the necessary research while keeping our wishes and preferences in mind, going to the open houses by herself if we were not available and timing was of an essence and finding us exactly what we wanted. Her connections in real estate industry allowed us opportunities to look at properties as soon as they hit the market and her knowledge of the close by neighborhoods. In general we felt like she was a family and treated us as such, and we are super happy to have meet Mellisa and hope to continue this relationship. If you are on the market for a property in Nokomis, Venice, Osprey area it would be a mistake to use someone else!
