I hope this review helps someone who needs a “super realtor”. This was the most painless, quick, and organized buy we’ve ever experienced. Audrey was tireless, responsive and always available in a competitive and demanding market and went out of her way to find the perfect waterfront property that suits our needs. Her knowledge of the market, the area, finance, insurance etc. is seriously impressive! I would go so far as to say that Audrey Pascale and her team are a buyers dream team (and likely a sellers as well). Audrey didn’t quit once the ink was dry on the closing papers either. She took care of us long after the sale with help with movers, utilities, deep cleaning etc. If we could give her 10 stars it still wouldn’t be enough!

Melanie did a great job narrowing down homes that took VA. It is a difficult market for non-cash buyers right now and I was really expecting constant let downs. Thia was not the case for me, Melanie made everything work in my favor and easy as possible for me. I also Had some discrepancies on paperwork from the appraiser and lender, she made sure that they were corrected promptly. She also negotiated quite well for various closing cost.
