Kim had the world of patience with us and really caught on to our needs very early on. Once she knew what we were looking for, she really delivered ! Then it was up to us to decide. She spent endless hours showing us so many homes. She is a lovely individual who was such a pleasure to work with. We looked forward to spending time with her on each of our outings. There were a couple of kinks in the transaction at the end due to circumstances beyond our control. Kim went above and beyond to be sure we were happy and compensated. She is not only a Professional but quite a lovely human being.

We had (and I hope will have in a future) great experience working with Tatiana. As we did not know at the very beginning what our options are, she found for us several potentials to choose from and patiently kept us in a loop all the time. The most help we've got from Tatiana was when she found for us the condo we were looking for, but already returned to our home up North. She found answers to all of our questions, explained and showed all the details with photo and video. Absolutely recommend Tatiana, she is a pleasure to work with!

Met Mark back in January 2022 to look at homes while I was down in SW Florida. He met me with short notice on first home and showed me many other choices while I was down there.
