Melanie is very professional, kind, timely and very responsive so e to all of our questions and concerns, particularly in helping us but a property from outside of the States, site unseen. She videoed all important elements of the purchase, worked well with sellers agent and took time for us, and responded to all of emails and telephone calls promptly. Prior to this she spent time searching for the right property for us given all our listed must- haves and she known the market as well as local business, contractors etc.

Melanie did a great job narrowing down homes that took VA. It is a difficult market for non-cash buyers right now and I was really expecting constant let downs. Thia was not the case for me, Melanie made everything work in my favor and easy as possible for me. I also Had some discrepancies on paperwork from the appraiser and lender, she made sure that they were corrected promptly. She also negotiated quite well for various closing cost. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area.
