Victor is an incredible agent! I searched on Realtor.com for help and the first one that called was only interested in showing properties way over my budget and didn't respect the urgency in my home search. That agent and a few others that contacted me were "pushy" and frankly, "sleazy." Luckily, Victor had contacted me via email. A kind email, not at all pushy...I reached out and BAM! I had found THE realtor for us! I wanted to find a home and move within a month (crazy, I know). Victor was up for the challenge! In 24 hours, at my request, we toured four homes. Exhausting for me, but he remained upbeat and focused. He was available day or night for phone calls and texts as we made our offer and then faced the not so fun portion of buying - the broker. He continued to calm my anxieties about the entire process and was always quick to follow up answers to my hundreds of questions! No question was too outlandish or trivial. Victor is kind and thorough, and stays with you throughout the entire process. He didn't walk away when the offer was accepted, he stayed available to us for all of it! In fact, when we were closing, our flight was delayed and we couldn't make the final walkthrough. Victor did it for us - on a Sunday night - and relayed a perfect description of the condition of the property that we were hours from purchasing.
