Jennifer Schipper is the best!
I researched all realtors in my area and found Jennifer's resume . I was pleased that she was so congenial and completely put me at ease through this process! She and her team are not just smart, they work effectively and efficiently together. I received more for my property than i had expected through her experience and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to find a realtor that gets the job done! I would definitely use her again.

Excellent realtor
I contacted Jennifer over a year ago when we just an idea of moving from Canada to Tampa. She spent a lot of time going over the areas and helping us narrow down a price point. She was a friend from the start. No pressure and extremely knowledgeable. Over a year later we flew down and she showed us some homes. The neighborhood we chose was extremely competitive and we didn’t find what we wanted. Jennifer made sure she got to know myself, my husband and my two children so well we felt confident she would continue to look for our perfect home. She found it!!! We made an offer seeing the home over FaceTime. She was so thorough and detail oriented, I felt completely at ease. The process of buying a home in the US is very different from Canada and Jennifer held our hand, went above and beyond and helped us when things got stressful. We love our new home, it is beyond perfect for our family. Jennifer is an excellent agent and wonderful human being. She follows processes and is very thorough, knows her neighborhoods and is very honest.
