Teri helped us a lot buying our condo from out if state. She called or texted me almost every day. Helping us through every step of the purchase. She even called me the morning she was having surgery. She made it easy to understand. She is very dedicated and trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with her. We now consider her a friend. I interviewed Michael in October 2025 and decided to use him to list and sell my house. After spending several hours giving me tips and better ways to show my house we listed in November 2025. The first week we had several offers. I was out of the country for a month and michael handled everything for me and I mean EVERYTHING, From advertising with fantastic day and night pictures to walking each prospective buyer through the property explaining the house property and neighborhood. we accepted a full price offer and moved forward. While we were out of town michael stood by for fhe inspection ordered and monitored repairs scheduled a closing giving us time to get back and move our furniture. There is not enough praise i can give michael. I have been involved in over a dozen buying and selling real estate transactions. None have went as smooth as this one. Before hiring Teri, I had fired the previous realitor. Teri had a way of making you feel trusted, welcomed and cared for, with the professionalism needed to get the job done. We had what we wanted in our minds, and in this market getting close to everything you want and the price tag you want is no easy task, but Teri made us feel our views and wants we’re capable to grab. She listened to our needs, gave us advice and spoke her view when called for. All with a unique ability of genuine likability and professionalism. She was always available and had great communication. She made the process feel personable in the best way, and always put her best foot forward. My brother and I lost our mother earlier this year and had to sell her home after extensive flood damage due to Hurricane Helene. Her passing was unexpected so it was a difficult time for us and we had some big decisions to make on whether to rebuild the home or sell it. Barb was there for us as we considered each option carefully. She was so helpful with providing us with market data and connecting us with builders and realtors who could advise us on alternative options.
