I'm new to the area and Dan did a wonderful job showing me different neighborhoods, weighing their pros and cons, and guiding me in the direction that suited me best. Finding times to view houses was never a problem, and Dan was always available to find a time that worked for both of us. Any questions I had were promptly answered and contacting any member of the team was a breeze. Donna and her staff did a great job in navigating us through a somewhat trying purchase and sale. No matter what obstacles we encountered during both transactions, she treated us with respect and dignity as if we were her only client. When we were searching for a property, we received daily updates on properties for sale, and always scheduled a viewing for us promptly. Despite issues caused by the purchaser of our property, she preached patience and that all would work out in the end...and it did!!! I would heartily recommend this realtor to anyone purchasing and/or selling property, as she takes care of the smallest details. All we had to do was to trust in the process. Donna did a great job with my property. Past tenants had vandalized the property significantly, as well as left many belongings. Donna was able to connect me with appropriate professionals (who were very reasonably priced) and we were able to have the property ready to show within 3 weeks. I had multiple offers on the property as soon as it went on the market. Donna helped me sell the property quickly and with a better profit than I had anticipated. She was very responsive to my texts and kept me informed and advised every step of the way. Donna is a professional who moves quickly to get things done for her client. I would highly recommend her.

Cari had a great deal of knowledge about the local area and helped guide us to areas that not only met our current needs for a home, but areas that would also provide us with the best opportunity for resale when that time eventually comes.
