Barb goes above and beyond in so many ways. This particular sale had a very difficult buyers agent on the and Barb had to jump through hoop after hoop to make this transaction go through. I am so impressed with how she got everything to come together practically single handedly since the other side was so far removed and unavailable. Barb is a great problem solver. She communicates clearly and frequently. She knows what she is talking about and on the rare occasion that she does not know something... she will tell you and get back to you with the correct information. My favorite thing about Barb is that she developed a strategy for selling my condo. She came up with a strategy on exactly when she wanted it to hit the MLS to maximize views, alerts and auto-emails. She literally stayed up until Midnight, in order to submit the listing first thing of the day she wanted it to appear on the MLS so it would come up first on auto-emails for that day. I ended up getting above asking price because of her pricing strategy as well. I could go on and on about how great of an agent she is, but I think I have gotten my opinion across at this point and will stop now. I wish I could find an agent in my new area that was as good as Barb.
