So from the very beginning we started looking at houses. After a while it becomes confusing as to what I want when I don't want. Mark helped me out with the five things must haves. Once we establish these we begin looking again. With a number in mine we were able to find several houses to fit the bill. When I found the one! Immediately put the offer in dealt directly with their agent new very professional way. And even though they were probably other bids on this house we won the bed. Do the inspection. There were some things that obviously came out that was an older home. Mark nature the everything that could be an insurable issue was remedied. Not to mention a few things that were cosmetic. As we progressed through the process I never felt anything other than super comfortable at ease. Truly this process was a pleasure thanks to Mark and his team! Mark was attentive to all our needs from Day 1. We saw over 15 properties in 2 weeks and as we were packing to go back to NY the following day, he called and said there was another property which had just come on the market he thought we should look at. Sure enough, it was perfect for our needs and we made an offer which was accepted. Then came Covid-19 travel bans and we were stuck in NY. Mark made sure all went according to plan. He also coordinated with a family member so that the keys could be handed over.
