I don’t even know where to start, but the most important fact is we’re so very fortunate Alona has been part of our real estate transaction. Alona responded to us on the Realtor website. Alona Sampson is not only an amazing real estate agent, she is also a wonderful human being—very kind and caring and nurturing. She is also very patient. In my three-month search for our new family home, Ms. Alona must have taken the time to personally show us 30 or more homes. She did not get upset when I changed my mind either—3 or 4 bed room, pool or no pool. She told me this was normal—you have to see actual houses and neighborhoods to really know what you want. Ms. Alona first moved to St. Petersburg in 2007, so she knows the area well and was even able to give us feedback about schools. When it came to making an offer on the home we fell in love with, she was able to help us bargain with the seller and other agent to get a better price. Finally, there are so many steps toward closing on a house, and Ms. Alona was able to guide us step by step until all the papers were signed and we had the key to our new home in hand.
