It begins with a dream. You work hard. You save. You have vision. Our dream was a goal with a plan of action. Our goal was to have a little place in FLA. When the day came, we notified Dana. We had met her 18 months earlier, when at the drop of a hat, she showed us a condo on a Sunday afternoon during Christmas season. We didn't forget that or her. This process took 8 long weeks to complete. Partly due to Covid and our distance from the property (West by God Virginia). She was a real pro. We haven't seen the space live yet, but feel like we have already lived there. That is the Dana effect. She showed us the condo via Facetime (crazy times we live in). She was always there. Always a professional. Always our advocate. And always answering silly questions as this was our first time going through this. We almost gave up plenty of times, but Dana's encouragement kept us strong. We highly recommend her if you are in the market for a condo, a house or a piece of property. Call her, everything she touches turns to SOLD!

My wife and I were walk-in clients with Keller-Williams Realty and Ms. Garvin. After providing Dana with the specifics and price range of what we were interested in acquiring, she had scheduled a tour of a number of properties within 24 hours of our initial visit. The properties we viewed with her all fell within our specifications and price range, while providing a diversity we had not considered. Dana expertise in counseling us on presenting an offer that was in our best interest with, however, the best opportunity to be accepted by the seller was evidenced by the successful negotiation of the purchase of the property from the Sellers. Dana listened to our preferences and showed us properties that were in sync with those guidelines. This streamlined our process, especially from afar. (Montana to Florida). We were able to view the properties and save the ones we liked, and delete those that we didn't. Once we were able to get down to FL it made our selection easier and fun! Dana is a personable agent (and person) and she represented, and supported, my husband and I throughout the transaction.

We both feel so fortunate to have contacted Bryan as our agent. Yes, the Keller-Williams affiliation helped as we knew of the extensive reach they have throughout the U.S. (and world). But upon meeting and working with Bryan it seems like we hit the “trifecta” of great qualities one would ask in a real estate agent. He managed to get us a price much higher than we thought we’d get; sold much, much sooner than we had expected; plus we got the the opportunity and pleasure to work with a consummate professional. An added benefit from working with Bryan was the terrific group he is working with, Ethel, a fellow partner, and Vanessa who handles the office. All great people. Also, Bryan uses a highly creative photographer who assembled a unique panoramic walk-through of the apartment. It turned out to be a strong selling point to the buyer of the property. And, finally, we feel we have a new-found friend who we can count on as a valuable resource for us and others we know in the market to buy or sell real estate.

We met Drew on a short weekend trip to the St. Pete/Clearwater area. With no preplanned agenda to look at homes to buy, we popped open the computer and saw several interesting properties. With almost no notice Drew got us in to see everything on our list. When we walked into the last home we totally fell in love with it. Even though we returned home the next day, we left our fate in Drew’s capable hands and he delivered our perfect retirement home. He skillfully submitted our contract which beat out 2 other offers! He then handled all the details from the initial inspection, negotiating the repairs and kept a close eye on the entire process until we closed. In addition he secured a renter for the property to cover our costs until we are ready to move into our new home! A++ service! There is nothing more that you could expect from an agent. He quickly responded to every communication even outside of ‘business hours’. He is the perfect agent for an out of town buyer.

Searching for your forever home can be extremely difficult when you are out of state. My husband and I had done much research and knew whatwe wanted. When we lost our first bid on a home, we were devastated . Then we found Stacy. Stacy listened and understood that we were serious buyers . Every newlisting in IRb that met our criteria, was communicated immediately. We saw Stacy’s posting, put our offer in the same day. ONLY 2 days later, our offer was accepted. Stacy worked extremely hard (on all ends) to ensure a timely closing. It happened. Tying all loose ends with the seller, seller’s realtor, banks, title companies, etc. This whole happy experience occurred with meeting Stacy only once! Kudos Stacy!
