Mark is quintessential buyer's agent. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a buyers agent. In addition to handling all of the paperwork and supporting the financial transaction, he is keen on ensuring that the property meets the clients need in every way, to scheduling home inspection to personally making sure that everything is adequately resolved prior to closing, including personal involvement, when appropriate! In our case, since we were both purchasing this property and using Mark to sell out previous property he even made arraignments to allow us to move into the new property early. As I said, Mark goes above and beyond!

I don’t even know where to start, but the most important fact is we’re so very fortunate Alona has been part of our real estate transaction. Alona responded to us on the Realtor website. Being from out of state it was hard for us to know who to go to in the area, so we trusted the process. I cannot emphasize enough how fortunate we feel that Alona responded to our inquiry. She has worked tirelessly for us. I actually question if she even sleeps, because she has worked early and late hours and has always responded immediately to assist us with questions or concerns. Not only did we feel blessed to have her as a realtor, but she also has the compassion and comfort of a lifelong friend. How many people can say, “I’m going to miss my realtor when we are done with our purchase”? Well, it is true!
