Mark handled selling a duplex for my family that was in a Trust. There were four individuals involved in the selling of the property. He did an amazing job communicating amongst all four parties and understanding the individual needs of each of the trustees that he represented. Mark was able to quickly list and sell the property at above market price. He was quick on communication, returning emails, and always handled the situation with excellent professionalism. We decided to downsize from our home of 33 years to a nearby condo 1000 sq ft smaller. John acted as buyer's agent for purchase of the condo and seller's agent for our home. John is a low-key, but tough, negotiator, thorough in his market research, and a knowledgeable and highly professional real estate agent. I was surprised at the amount he felt we should list our house (higher than I thought) but my wife and I followed his recommendation and had a contract in one week! The period to closure included 2 hurricanes but John kept things on track in spite of his storm-related damage to his own residence. He took a personal interest and insisted on being present for each showing of our home. John started the process as our agent and concluded business as our friend; I highly recommend John Hollenhorst for your real estate sale or purchase agent!
