I should start by saying this is the 2nd residence I have purchased using Ann as my real estate agent. Ann does a great job at communicating. She's timely at getting back to you. He has been involved in sever buy and sell positions with us all great experience. The last experience was the hardest because. No one was buying because of the stock market. Our condo was only 3 yrs old and had many updates. We tried for 4 months to sell. A lot of lookers and Open Houses but no offers. We told him we were ready to make our final offer.
