Merilee became like family to us during our selling and buying process. We put her through the ringer with changing our location, type of home that we would be purchasing, etc. Merilee supported us in our decisions and gave us sound and solid feedback and advice. When we were ready to list our home, Merilee gave us honest comps and advice for listing. She even helped us to clean and stage our home so that we could put our best foot forward. We received full asking price for our home and followed her advice during the entire process which allowed the transfer to occur smoothly without issue. We are happily in our new home now thanks to Merilee! She is one of the best in the business!!

Tammie definitely has a passion for what she does and you can tell she loves her job and the services she provides. We are so happy and thankful that we used Cinnamon as a realtor to purchase our new home! She made it such an easy process. She was there to answer our 1 million questions and also there to let us know the questions/info we didn’t know we needed. She is such a wealth of knowledge! She was also incredibly patient and always allowed us the time and space to discuss things amongst ourselves but kept us to our deadlines when needed. During the closing process, we did not have to worry about absolutely anything because she was all over it! We were amazed! We thought our stress levels would be so high buying a home but in the end, we found ourselves not stressing at all.
