Cinnamon has been amazing in the process of selling our house. She let us know the things we needed to do before putting the house the market. She was knowledgeable about the housing market. She gave us feedback about our house. Cinnamon explained all the documents we needed to sign. She is very organized, professional and she answered all our questions. We will definitely want her to be our agent when we buy our next house.

Cinnamon was amazing! Selling the house was turning into a very stressful time in my family’s life, and she came in and made the process a much smoother, more seamless transition from preparing for the market, to listing and now accepting an offer! We truly appreciated her honesty throughout this process because it made us face some reality at a couple points in the process as well. She explained the pros and cons of each decision along the way, so we felt good and informed about every decision we made in the process. She went above, beyond, even past that! She was willing to help us clean, do leaves, stage the house ( she didn’t have to do anything, we managed it), anything that was going keep on track with our timeline. . We can’t thank her enough… Professionalism and knowledge base were just… Wow.

Cinnamon was AMAZING to work with! I highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From the initial consultation to closing, her guidance made the process seamless and manageable. She was professional, responsive, proactive and ensured that I was informed and comfortable with every decision. When I say she went the extra mile…SHE WENT THE EXTRA MILE! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you Cinnamon! I can’t wait to work with you again.

I have worked with Steve for many years. Just bought my third house with his help. I can call or text him when I need him or have questions. I rely on his judgement and knowledge of the home buying and selling process. All in all he makes this process easy.

Looking for a home in your mid- seventies is not always the easiest thing to do. We had built both our previous homes, so we had only used a realtor as sellers. We were fortunate to have friends recommend Emily Keener to us. She was definitely the right choice. When we first met with Emily we were able to share ideas of what we wanted in a condo and the area we wanted to settle in. Emily was able to have some places for us to see in the first few days after meeting. She chose to show us many different options so we could see the variety of condos( in various price ranges) that were in the area. That was a huge help. Emily was very honest with us as we went through the homes as to the pros/cons of each one. If one became available and she could not make the showing, she made sure to have another colleague from the office meet with us. Emily was always available to answer our many phone calls and questions. If she was unusure of something she would find a person who could provide the information we wanted. Emily made the process smooth for us and helped to qualm many of our concerns. Her connections with people in the financing component of home buying as well as various contractors and repairmen helped make the process from start to finish much easier. She was even able to connect us with people who were currently living in the complex so we could get an owner's persepective of the area. We are excited to start this next chapter of our lives in our condo and have Emily Keener to thank for that.

Emily Keener and her team provided exceptional service during our home selling and purchase journey. We were in our home 25 years so today’s process was new to us and emotionally difficult. Emily was there every step of the way, providing valuable tips for staging our home and patience as we narrowed our search for a new home that would better meet our needs. My husband and I highly recommend Emily Keener!

Stephen went above and beyond with our most recent purchase of our dream property. He was able to get us through what seemed to be endless properties as our needs were a bit niche. Once we found the perfect property, he was able to work us an amazing deal to make sure we were able to secure the property within our budget and under appraisal. Myself and my family have worked with Stephen many times and he always delivers top results! Thanks again!

Such an amazing realtor to work with! She was there every step of the way and gave us a lot of information since we’re first time home buyers. I would definitely work with Cinnamon again and recommend her to friends and family.
