We first started working with Arnold back in 2011 when we wanted to sell our condo and buy a house. The market wasn't as good back then, and our condo did not sell, but we still wanted more space. So, Arnold helped us to buy our house and we ended up renting out the condo. This past winter, we put the condo back on the market. We decided to use Arnold again five years later because of how satisfied we were with him in the past. Arnold was great to work with, and even got us full asking price! He made the process very easy.

Sabrina was awesome in helping us with our condo purchase. We met by chance when she was showing a property for another agent. From that meeting I got a good sense that she would be a great agent for me and my wife. Sabrina always came prepared with property information, great knowledge of neighborhood comps, and an eye for potential property issues.
