We first started working with Arnold back in 2011 when we wanted to sell our condo and buy a house. The market wasn't as good back then, and our condo did not sell, but we still wanted more space. So, Arnold helped us to buy our house and we ended up renting out the condo. This past winter, we put the condo back on the market. We decided to use Arnold again five years later because of how satisfied we were with him in the past. Arnold was great to work with, and even got us full asking price! He made the process very easy.

From that meeting I got a good sense that she would be a great agent for me and my wife. Sabrina always came prepared with property information, great knowledge of neighborhood comps, and an eye for potential property issues. Sabrina is very responsible and knowledgeable and patient. My case is a little bit complicated - I am living in another place and my parents cannot speak English. Sabrina assisted my parents quite a lot, explained things in details. They can reach her 24/7 and she responded quickly - which is the thing i most appreciate! I highly recommend Sabrina to anyone

Love her very honest and nice Sabrina actually listened to what I was saying and did not waste my time showing me things that I did not want. She also made me read my paper work or read it for me she is so awesome she went to my home inspections for me so I did not have to miss work I don't know of anyone else that would have done that for me but Sabrina did. I could have not have done this by myself I'm glad to have had her on my side. I love my house it is quiet, cozy and Sabrina has come out and checked on me and my few projects iv been doing around here. So if you are looking for someone to guide threw the crazy house hunt or someone to help you sell I give Sabrina Roman 10 stars plus. Love her!!!!!!
