We've worked with Dave to buy twice and sell once -- all of our experiences with him have been wonderful. At our first closing back in 2018, he noticed an error in the paperwork that would've actually made his commission higher and got it corrected. In 2022, we worked with him again to sell our first house and buy our second house. We literally doubled the value of our house in the four years we owned it + I credit Dave for that -- with a lot of the advice he provided initially, as well as the way he helped us market it to sell! He was responsive and professional, and his advice was always valuable when we were searching, as well - whether it be on the financial side or about future renovations! We've recommended him to several of our friends and family members & he's always treated them well, too. Would recommend him again to anyone, anywhere.

Our family worked with Dave as buyers when the Columbus market was absolutely brutal (2022 and 2023). The first round of searches felt hopeless, as prices were skyrocketing and seller demands were outrageous, but Dave helped us keep the faith. We eventually found the perfect house for our needs and he helped us get a great deal and navigate all the paperwork. He always kept the mood light but was obviously very knowledgeable about what what made a house worth pursuing or leaving alone. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again!

Dave really knows his stuff, has a great team working for him, and was willing to help us out any time, any day at the drop of a hat. I’ve known Dave for around 6 years now. He helped me buy my first home and then 6 years later we sold that same home to buy a new one. He also helped with that. In a word, Dave is awesome.
