Dave was an amazing. Due to the market and me resigning leases to avoid month to month rent while looking, it took a while for us to actually find the one, but we found it. Dave was always honest but optimistic, which I really appreciated. I was also a little weary as my realtor before decided I was too complicated after we saw a house that was seemingly everything I wanted, but I decided not to offer. Dave was referred to me and going in, I had little faith, but he was flexible, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He's not only well versed in homebuying, his knowledge of home constructions was also helpful as a first time home buyer. He also has a rolodex of contacts should you need any work down the line on the house!

Looking for a home in your mid- seventies is not always the easiest thing to do. We had built both our previous homes, so we had only used a realtor as sellers. We were fortunate to have friends recommend Emily Keener to us. She was definitely the right choice. When we first met with Emily we were able to share ideas of what we wanted in a condo and the area we wanted to settle in. Emily was able to have some places for us to see in the first few days after meeting. She chose to show us many different options so we could see the variety of condos( in various price ranges) that were in the area. That was a huge help. Emily was very honest with us as we went through the homes as to the pros/cons of each one. If one became available and she could not make the showing, she made sure to have another colleague from the office meet with us. Emily was always available to answer our many phone calls and questions. If she was unusure of something she would find a person who could provide the information we wanted. Emily made the process smooth for us and helped to qualm many of our concerns. Her connections with people in the financing component of home buying as well as various contractors and repairmen helped make the process from start to finish much easier. She was even able to connect us with people who were currently living in the complex so we could get an owner's persepective of the area. We are excited to start this next chapter of our lives in our condo and have Emily Keener to thank for that.
