David was helpful throughout the whole process. I started wanting to buy a house a few years ago and ultimately decided to wait. David checked on me every year to know if I was ready. Once we started looking again he had a lot of knowledge about what the market was doing. He was patient while I viewed houses and. answered all my questions. I work night shift and he was great about working and communicating with that in mind. The knowledge he has of home repairs and housing structure was so helpful for me and my husband who are not skilled in that area. Dave was open and communicative during the entire process and we felt very comfortable working with him. We have found our dream home and couldn't be more happy with how the process went. David is extremely client focused. He listens and also will offer sound advice which, as his client, gave me peacefulness while making big decisions. He is always willing to answer questions, find you a resource for what is needed to prepare to sell a home and he has contacts who are reliable and can help with anything that needs to be addressed before putting your home on the market. I strongly recommend David and he is very pleasant to work with. And, his wife bakes wonderful muffins that he shares!

Dave was referred to us by my boyfriend’s coworker & we could not be more grateful for the connection. This was our first experience with home buying so we were coming into the process essentially clueless. Dave was so knowledgeable, patient & constantly encouraged us to put our best foot forward. He helped us navigate how aggressive to be with offers vs. when a home might not be quite worth it. We found a home that we really loved & decided to put an offer in. He helped us through every step of the process & even helped us negotiate a counter offer - all while he was at a wedding with his family. We went into contract on that home the same night all because Dave was literally working during the wedding. This is just one of many examples to show how dedicated & attentive Dave is. He supported us when making the decision to withdraw our offer on that same home after the inspection didn’t come back as we’d hoped & didn’t push us to get ourselves into anything we didn’t think we could handle just to get a sale. About a week after withdrawing our offer on that home, we found “the one”. It truly felt like a sign from the universe that the first inspection fell through! Since my boyfriend & I work opposite hours, Dave took the time to show me the house on a Sunday evening, & then turned around barely 12 hours later & took my boyfriend to see the same house to make sure he loves it just as much as I did. Again, just an example of Dave’s dedication. He helped us with negotiating an offer & we went into contract a few days later! Dave helped us set up the inspection, recommended us to our lender, & was able to provide everything we needed to set up utilities (again, clueless first time home buyers). We could not have asked for someone better than Dave & will use him for everything in the future. We will also recommend him to anyone & everyone who is looking for their home! I could say so much more but I’m running out characters. Thank you, Dave, for everything!
