Was not to impressed. Had to do a lot of leg work myself, as far as letting in inspectors to review home and taking picture of water heater to suffice bank. I thought that was realtors job..... Also the title company you use are not reliable. When I went for the closing I was told there will be no check cut today you will have to wait till next week for payment. I immediately refused to close and closing was delayed. Again the following week I was told no money. FIRST AMERICAN TITLE are scam artists. I will testify in court to that!!!!

Yalando Presley provided my family with excellent & professional customer service, valuable financial information and knowledge about the current real estate market. There was never any surprises during this buying process, she was very through and always followed up even on the most simplest request or question. She also referred us to a great mortgage broker which help streamlined our entire buying process and simplified my pre-approval process. Near the end of my buying process, my closing date kept being delayed for various reasons beyond Yalando's & my control. Although I was quite upset & frustrated, she helped me keep the Faith & my eyes on the final prize. On the day of my closing, she met with a huge warm smile & surprised me gifts for our new Home.
