This was our first home, and selling it was truly an emotional experience. We were so worried about the process of selling a house, since we had never done so before. Lorie and her husband Todd are the best team we could've recruited to help us through this journey. From the initial meeting to discuss the sale price, comps and marketing, to the closing of our home sale... the entire process took less than a month (I know this is not always typical for everyone). We were crunched for time, due to a relocation, and they were with us through it all. So supportive and understanding. They were truly our best friends along this entire journey. Ashlee was amazing to work with! There is not enough great things to say. She was there with us every step and every hurdle we had to go through. With trying to purchase a house and literally just having a baby, she made the process so easy for us. Every house we were interested in, she would found all the information and were able to go see it pretty much the next day. She would also send us houses that were always in the criteria that we were looking for. She was more than just a realtor for us. She was someone we could turn to and rely on.
