I have purchased and sold many homes in my life. But none quite as s Uncomplicated as this one. Satisfying both the sellers and buyers in this business transaction can be difficult. But ours was very smooth and simple. N0 complications between the two parties was experienced from sellers perspective. Diane came in directed sellers in home prep, provided resources for all minor repairs and names of moving companies to help us get up and out in a timely manner. I could see she was also trying to keep everyone happy. She is orderly and quite pleasant about getting things done. Do I like her and the way she does her professional job?
