I live in the Seattle area and was interested in purchasing a home in Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately I could'nt travel to Florida for the research and personal inspections. This was going to be a long distance purchase, site unseen. I needed an agent who was knowledgeable, experienced, and one who was willing to go out of his/her way in order for this endeavor to be a successful one. I was very fortunate and blessed to have found Matt. After speaking with him only once on the telephone, I was certain that, not only was this unusual home purchase was possible, but I knew immediately that it was going to be successful. Mat was very knowledgeable about the housing market, and the trends in the Orlando area. He understood my needs and concerns, and made himself available at moment's notice. Every walk through that he performed, was recorded, and immediately sent to me for my review. It was as if I was there myself. Due to the three hour time difference, Mat would be on the phone with me many nights past eleven PM, even on weekends. It seemed to me that he put all else aside in order to make this happen for me, and my family. I am truly grateful for all the he accomplished, and I would absolutley recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. Thank you Matt

Narisha was great she was very knowledgeable and communicated every step of the way with us. This was the first time for us selling a home and Narisha was patient and answered all of our questions. She walked us through the listing process and made she we had all the information and was comfortable with the listing price. She made sure we were ready for our open house. I was really nervous about the open house; having people I didn't know in an out of the house made me feel uneasy but she explain what would happen that day and eased my concerns. She even called us to make sure we were doing good. She was available whenever we needed her , I don’t think we could have managed this without her. Narisha was there during the move she even helped us prepare the house ,what agent comes over to mop floors…ours did Me and my husband are very appreciative for all of her hard work, dedication and patience. Lorie came highly recommended by a friend who works for the same company, but different city. From the beginning she explained the process and outlined all the steps. And although I often had questions (that were already on our outline) she guided me and always showed a lot of patience. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest and wasn't just trying to get a quick sale. My house was sold in a very short period of time (less than 30 days) I plan to use Lorie for a future home purchase and I highly recommend her.
