Bernie was absolutely wonderful to work with for so many reasons! He made us (nervous first time home buyers) feel supported immediately. He helped us narrow our search to be more aligned with what we really wanted, and even recommended a town close by that was not on our radar, and that is ultimately where we found our dream home. He made buying a house, that seemed really daunting and scary, a breeze for us. Even after we have closed, he is still in communication with us making sure we have everything we need, helping us do research on any work we need to start, and answering any questions we have. Bernie has been a wonderful and insightful Realtor and friend to me during my home buying journey. This was my first time purchasing a home and I was very nervous and uneasy about the whole thing. During the process, he had to put up with my stubbornness and determination to find that perfect home. There were countless times that I was about to walk away from the deal and his encouragement and insights opened my eyes, and I was shown the reality of the situation (which was never as big as I made it out to be).
