Bernie was absolutely wonderful to work with for so many reasons! He made us (nervous first time home buyers) feel supported immediately. He helped us narrow our search to be more aligned with what we really wanted, and even recommended a town close by that was not on our radar, and that is ultimately where we found our dream home. Most importantly of all, he is honest and trustworthy. He was always professional and candid, helped us weigh the pros and cons of every detail, and knew exactly how to present the strongest offer possible in this crazy market. He was with us every step of the way- went to a ton of open houses with us, always gave us his honest opinions and listened to ours, was amazing in communicating with the sellers agents, and connected us with a strong, amazing team of everything we needed to close. He made buying a house, that seemed really daunting and scary, a breeze for us. Even after we have closed, he is still in communication with us making sure we have everything we need, helping us do research on any work we need to start, and answering any questions we have. Honestly, Bernie is the best. If you are looking for someone to help you in the home buying process, there is no one better!
