Bernie has been a wonderful and insightful Realtor and friend to me during my home buying journey. This was my first time purchasing a home and I was very nervous and uneasy about the whole thing. During the process, he had to put up with my stubbornness and determination to find that perfect home. There were countless times that I was about to walk away from the deal and his encouragement and insights opened my eyes, and I was shown the reality of the situation (which was never as big as I made it out to be). I wanted to thank Bernie for all of his time, efforts and most of all patience in finding me a home. I couldn’t be happier today and settled in a beautiful place I can now call my own!
