My sister recommend Heather Weber and Keller Williams Realty when my husband and I decided we were ready to purchase our first home. She provided us daily updates on homes that were available within our price range, walked us through the pre-approval and approval processes, scheduled remote tours for us, and attended open houses on our behalf. When it came time to put in an offer, she was realistic with us about how competitive our offer would need to be, and worked with us in real time to ensure we were selected! She maintained excellent verbal and written communication throughout the escrow process, providing us updates when needed and even scheduling a remote closing so we didn't have to travel! I couldn't believe how easy and enjoyable she made the entire process, and will absolutely be recommending her to family and friends in the future.

His attention to detail was spot-on! He advocated for us and provided excellent information and guidance about the entire process. He was ALWAYS available to visit in person or over the phone. Matt goes above and beyond for his clients both when buying a selling a home. I have now sold and purchased three homes from him and his expertise on market values and the area helped me get my latest forever home at a value that was totally fair at the time of high inflation, he also listed my home at a price that was more than I originally paid and let to an offer 1st weekend we had it on the market that was over asking and the terms were amazing as well.
