Matt was just awesome! When my wife’s brother took ill we needed help cleaning, fixing up and selling his house. We lived 12 hours away so it was difficult to be in Kansas City for long periods of time. Matt took over the process and told us he would take care of getting the house cleaned and cleared out of all the old items and he sold what he could to help meditate the cost for repairs etc… The sell of the house was done online so that we did not have to travel back and forth. We highly recommend Matt to everyone that is selling or purchasing a new home. In the future we will use Matt to sell other properties we have in the Kansas City.

Matt Braswell is excellent to work with. I purchased a house from his open house in 2009. In 2018 sold that house with him as the seller agent. On 4/10/25 I purchased a condo and used him as the buyer agent. 4 of my family members have used him as their agent since 2009. He knows the best roof, siding, floor, HVAC, remodel, and everything house people in the business. My siblings call him for just house maintenance stuff all the time.
