The sale of my house was a continual turn of events to say the least. I had total faith through the entire process that Matt had the situation under control. He definitely went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Matt was my relator, twelve years ago when I bought the house that we just sold. I used him the second time and I would definitely use him again. He took extra steps to ensure that the sale went in the best direction for me. His ability to think outside the box in more than one situation was unbelievable. He came to me on several occasions with issues, but he always had a solution. Through the years of his experience, he has secured many connections for. any situation you might have. Due to his connections, we were able to professionally address any questions or concerns that my buyer had. Matt was put in a very uncomfortable position. on more than one occasion because my buyer resided in San Diego. They didn't have an agent, so he was able to work directly with them, but kept things in my favor. Through everything on the sale of my house he also worked to get me into my new home.
