Lisa was so delightful, very helpful, went above and beyond, if I couldn't be someplace she was there for us, she made everything so comfortable and worry-free, took us to look at many homes, and even took us back to look again, very accommodating, very happy and didn't seem like we was a bother to her, she done her job with very much caring and excellence! We enjoyed working with Katie to find and buy our new home. Katie went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for, so much so we did not even need to set foot in our new home before we bought it! Katie was happily willing to do live video tours with us to help us see the properties we were interested saving us the time and money it would have taken to make repeated trips to Florida from Illinois.
