We enjoyed working with Katie to find and buy our new home. Katie went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for, so much so we did not even need to set foot in our new home before we bought it! Katie was happily willing to do live video tours with us to help us see the properties we were interested saving us the time and money it would have taken to make repeated trips to Florida from Illinois. Overall Katie was easy to work with, responsive to our requests, communicated clearly, available to promptly schedule & facilitate showings, and helpful in finding service professionals for inspections, insurance, and our survey. Stevie did everything I asked for and was very nice. Crystal was ver nice but I thank we wasted time putting the value of the property to high to start with. I didn’t like the fact that I ended up paying for the insurance on the equipment. The agent that we’re showing the house I thought did not do a good job. Ex the same question were ask how old the furnace was,the water heater how much golf was thing that people would ask that I thank they should have knew. Not for just my house but every property that goes on the market. Very disappointing it look to me that they did not do there homework. The agents didn’t know we lower the price, giving people the wrong price for a lease a few days. BAD!!!

Selling a house can be complicated tiresome, but Cassandra makes it super easy and convenient. She goes out of her way to make the buying or selling experience a breeze and is always willing to go above and beyond and answer any questions you have. Katie was patient and showed me approximately 15 houses before we found a home that was affordable and in a great neighborhood with a low hoa. We are loving our new place and I'm a very picky person (as Katie can attest) so it took several months to locate the right house and neighborhood. Katie would work with us on weekends while we were still officially living in the Florida panhandle and made her schedule very flexible so we could see as many options as possible. She is knowledgeable and I had complete confidence in her efforts when it came to our closing and all went smoothly during that close and beyond. Thank you Katie!
