I have purchased and looked at many houses with many Realtors. When I list my houses the realtor always leaves some sort of a gift... A bottle of wine, a gift card $25 $50, at the very least thank you. Marty has more than surpassed all the things that I received when buying and selling houses for the past 25 years. Nick Fisher is hands down the best. I had two empty lots I've been trying to sell for years. The first realtor simply listed them and did nothing- letting the listing expire without notifying me. The second agent wasn't any better. Once I found Nick, things started to happen. He took initiative right away, approached a developer, and quickly discovered there was genuine interest. I worked with Nikki and felt she did an excellent job. I interviewed a number of realtors and she was the best. She is very organized knowledgeable and efficient in her approach to selling your home. Her advertising techniques are professional and get potential buyers excited. Nikki approached the sale of your home as if she were selling her own home. Despite many issues arising, Nick fought to get us the best deal on the house we bought. In addition, he recommended several people for insurance, lending etc. that were great and ultimately helped push the deal through!
