I had a newbie trying to sell my home. I didn't like him for his lying to me on day one, so when the contract expired, I called around. Rhonda (who is in her office), had someone call me first, she had Covid. But I wanted fast action. Jenna called me with a sore throat from cheering too hard over a football game. I was sold. In the South, we care about silly things like that, but if she has passions, if she's not 110% into them, she's a poser. It's like, "I have business cards to seem important, but I don't know anything." Yeah, those people are a joke. So I signed with her. A couple that made 3 offers, but never wanting to get into a bidding war, finally won the property. The closing was quick, clean, and everything was simple. Jenna trains agents too, and her knowledge shows through.
