I waited a long time before I decided to send a review for Christine. I don’t like being negative so I thought maybe I just wouldn’t review her at all that in itself would send a message. But you need to know what she’s like. She knew I live out of state and had not seen this property in years. She tried to take advantage of that by offering to purchase the land for herself for $35K. I think it’s a conflict of interest to begin with, but because she knew I wanted to settle this sale she offered me a ridiculously low price. She told me she was going to update the house and tried to play on my emotions saying she would “bring the house back to life”. I told her to list it at $99,000 and within a week we had a sale in hand for $104,000. I will say once we had the sale going she worked with me efficiently. I just would never trust her and I would never recommend her to anyone.
