Cassandra Gardner is AMAZING! From the first day that I met her she was always very professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. She was always available to answer any question that I may have. Even though I know that she had other clients, I always felt like I was the only one. My sell was not an easy one due to many factors, but from the very beginning she told me to have patience and kept telling me that the right buyer would show up. She was right. We did get a contract on the house in September of 2022 but we didn't close until December of 2022 which was totally on the buyer and NOTHING to do with Cassandra. Cesar was very supportive in a bad buyer's market with terrible overvalued choices that always were disappointing, and amid rising interest rates. Cesar was there through all the showings, and helped me to eventually find the best we could do. He was a very hard worker and made every effort to be available for showings and tried his best on negotiations with sometimes impossibly difficult and in my opinion deceptive sellers. When it came time to sell a home I’d lived in for nearly 30 years, Thomas was extremely helpful! Although my home was structurally very sound, it was in need of freshening up for sale. Thomas was able to make several suggestions (some I followed, a couple I didn’t). He had access to resources through his company which I was clueless about:, such as a professional post- move cleaner, where and how to dispose of Stuff In The Basement! After the move, he was able to recommend a plumber for a minor faucet repair prior which turned up during the new buyer’s home inspection.
