Honest, helpful and guided me through every step of the way.

I had an outstanding experience working with Patrick. He was honest helpful and guided me through every step of both selling my old house and buying my new one. His professionalism and expertise made the entire process so much easier. When it came to selling my house, the photos and video his photographer created were incredible. They honestly made me almost want to stay. The listing went live and within the first eight hours, I had 11 showing requests, and the house sold in under 48 hours. His connections were also a huge help. He had a reliable hook up for every kind of job imaginable, which saved me so much time and stress. I’m truly grateful for everything he did. He’s knowledgeable, trustworthy and comes with a whole network of great people. I highly recommend Patrick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Second to None

We met Patrick through Zillow, and to be completely honest, we didn’t expect much coming from a random online connection. We were dead wrong. Patrick turned out to be the exact realtor we needed and right when we needed him. We were on a tight timeline, so we needed to find the right house and at the right price quickly. Patrick’s extensive real estate knowledge, calm demeanor, and candidness were the driving forces behind closing on a house in less than six weeks from start to finish. What truly sets Patrick apart is that he genuinely cares about his clients as people. He went completely above and beyond by having our house professionally cleaned as a closing gift and even buying us food on the day we moved in. Furthermore, his value didn't stop at the closing table. He has a network of local professionals (electricians, handymen, inspectors, roofers, etc.) that he readily shares. If you want a realtor who is honest, effective, and always has your back, call Patrick. He is truly second to none!
