Great experience!
We first engaged with Patrick over a year ago in search of our "forever home." We looked at so many homes and nothing on the market seeemed to check all (or most of our boxes). Patrick stayed with us and never lost his positivity and encouragement when I'm sure it would have been easier to walk away from a client like us. When we finally landed on our dream home, it was in need of heavy renovations. Patrick walked through the house with us multiple times and even brought in contractors to help our vision come alive! Patrick is more than just an agent, he is a true partner! We are looking forward to selling our house through him in the near future!

Kind, patient, intentional, and so knowledgeable.
My husband and I truly could not have asked for a better agent than Patrick. We looked for a house on and off for about two years and Patrick was so kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. It is evident that he is experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable on the Columbus real estate market. He paid special attention to our wants and needs, and always went the extra mile in helping us to negotiate to ensure we put together the perfect offer without having to stretch our budget. Not to mention he is extremely responsive and a truly wonderful communicator. He also went above and beyond to connect us with vendors we needed for inspections and repairs and called many people for us. We really cannot recommend Patrick enough and are so grateful to have found him. Thank you Patrick!
