He was polite, knowledgeable, communicative, and worked HARD to make sure everyone was exceedingly pleased! Chris listened and understood my limitations and made sure we stayed within the confines of those limitations. He worked side by side to make this sell quick and successful. I’ve worked with Chris before when selling another home. So when we decided to start looking for a new home, I knew that I’d want him by our side this time too! He is amazing! We loved that, regardless of how many questions we had, he was always willing to help. I love that he listens to his clients. Whenever walking through this home, I mentioned loving the dining table. When he submitted our offer, he requested the table for me. That shows that he pays attention to the little things! He made the whole process of buying this home so easy! He stayed on top of everything that needed to be done which allowed us to close on our home almost two weeks early! My husband and I can’t thank him enough!
