I first met Chris when he came to an open house when I was attempting a " For Sale By Owner" adventure. We met and talked for around 20 minutes while people were touring my house. After a month or so of advertising and showing the house, I was ready to turn it over to a Realtor to list it. We decided to interview realtors and make a decision of who to list with. We interviewed five or six agents before my wife asked who I wanted to go with. My response: Chris Jordan Her response: Who is that?? I reminded her of my first meeting with Chris, a couple of months prior. I called Chris and asked him to stop by. We had found common ground and he had earned my trust in his ability and dedication the first time we met! I had Chris take over my house and was extremely impressed, not unexpectedly. He treated my house as if it was his own, visiting it frequently and taking great care of it and it's appearance and marketability since I had purchased my new house and made the move 3 1/2 hours away. Chris kept me in the loop of everything involving the house, as it was happening. Within 40 days my house was under contract and closing date set... SOLD!!! I will definitely recommend and encourage anyone in need of any real estate transactions to contact Chris Jordan and rest easy knowing that your needs and desires are his number one priority!
