Kristy did a great job getting us in to see houses when there weren't a lot around. We had some repairs the sellers needed to pay for which was a frustrating negotiation but Kristy made sure we got a fair deal. She facilitated multiple contractors for quotes and is scheduling them to begin work before we get there. We are moving from out of state so we very much appreciated her help with all of that.

This was the fifth home I have bought and I have never had a better experience with a realtor than I did with Michele!! Her Knowledge of the market, professionalism and communication on a regular basis was second to none. We started working with her in the fall of last year and over the course of that time she showed extreme patience, due diligence, and treated our search for the perfect home like it was her own personal search. She knew exactly what we were looking for due to how closely she worked with us and would alert us of any properties that she felt were a possible match often before they were even officially listed. Searching from out of state would have been extremely difficult if we didn't have Michele there doing a lot of the leg work for us. If there was a property we were interested in and we couldn't get there to see it, Michele would go on our behalf and Facetime us as she went through the property. She was always available to us when needed and even took care of any issues needed to help settlement run smoothly often without us even having to ask. Michele is outstanding at what she does and treats you like family. She is truly in a league of her own!!
