My realtor Erica Wagner was professional, patient & went above and beyond to help me find a rental that met my needs of price and location. She offered to show the property to me on a Sunday morning, the very next day when I requested to see it. She agreed with me that it suited my desires and did not pressure me into looking at something else or to quickly make an offer. She knew by my reactions and allowed me to make the decisions. Erica is a strong negotiator, and I was able to rent the place at a lesser price than what was offered. She also met me during the worst time of traffic to sign the paperwork and questioned some of the line items, that I would have overlooked. All in all, I'm happy with choosing Erica as my realtor. She made the whole process as smooth as can be and I'm loving my new place.

We used Alan to find a 2nd home on Lake Lanier for my wife and two kids. He has extensive knowledge of Lanier. One house in particular we liked a lot but Alan steared us away letting us know that the appearance of water we saw was not a good depth. And that the cove experiences low levels. He was absolutely correct. He was personable, easy to deal with and above all knowledgeable with a network of people to help you through the process of buying a home. I would would him again and already referred my brother to him. Thanks Alan we are already enjoying our home on the lake!!
