Alan was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing my new home. He was very attentative and worked to meet my wants and necessities in a home. He was available at all times and went above and beyond to assist me and answer any question I had. He was extremely helpful before, during and even after the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

Allen was an awesome agent he walked us through every step when selling my mother in laws home. He did everything he could to determine if a dock permit was present, he helped us find the best offer and when it looked like it would fall through he had backups ready! He was easy to work with was always available by phone or email or in person if need be. No other real estate agent that i have ever worked with was a GREAT as Allen Russell!

We used Alan to find a 2nd home on Lake Lanier for my wife and two kids. He has extensive knowledge of Lanier. One house in particular we liked a lot but Alan steared us away letting us know that the appearance of water we saw was not a good depth. And that the cove experiences low levels. He was absolutely correct. He was personable, easy to deal with and above all knowledgeable with a network of people to help you through the process of buying a home.
