GREAT JOB!
The entire Keller Williams team made selling our house a smooth and pleasant experience. They knew exactly what to do at every step of the process and gave us excellent guidance along the way. Specifically, our realtor Amy Phillips was extremely helpful and responsive. We could not have been happier working with her! Lisa Howell—Simply the BEST!
We have worked with Lisa Howell for the past 5 years trying to find our dream house. Over the years Lisa has been patient, understanding, kind, informative, timely, honest, and most of all available— no matter when we called her to look at a house she met us. We finally landed on building. Lisa throughly marketed our home in Polo, did an Open House, and had it sold in two days. She is continuing to represent us through our new build. My husband and I would highly recommend Lisa. She is not only our relator but also our new friend!!

Perfect combination of patience and professionalism

THE BEST AGENT EVER!
Not my first Sale / Resale of a home with Lisa. She was the listing agent on a lake house I purchased in 2021, and brought a welcome gift after moving in. (3 previous sales with my then agent and not even a card) This sealed our working relationship and got her several more sales over the next 18 months as I bought and sold several more. Lisa goes above and beyond and is not the one and done, thanks for the commission check type! She will be my agent for life.

Wonderful and supportive agent
I was selling a unique house that needed just the right buyer. Ashlee was great at helping with every step… from organizing and staging, showings, inspections, appraisals and finally closing!!! My New Friend
Lisa was not my realtor and opened her listing for me BEFORE it went active so I could see it before I left the country. I won the bid while I was in Costa Rica. We quickly became friends and actually neighbors. She new what Iiked and continued to market other potential homes and rentals to me and now sold me on another 2 purchases and also listed and sold the first house we closed together. Lisa has been there day in and day out and gone over and above any realtor I have ever worked with. I would refer anyone to her without hesitation 1000%. I assume we have a few more to buy in the future but I'm going to settle into thos last one for a while, I'm done.

Lisa is a highly talented lake property expert. She made perfect choices in clients she brought to our home and was able to sell our home quickly. Her expertise about Lake Lanier were extremely helpful when discussing the home location and amenities to the prospective buyers. As a master with the contract negotiations, Lisa came up with a deal that was good for us and made the buyer happy as well. Selling your home can be emotionally exhausting and Lisa was patient with us throughout this home selling process. There is nothing that escapes Lisa’s attention when it comes to selling property. We found Lisa to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails immediately. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Lisa was honest about any changes that we needed to make in our home to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm.
