I worked with Gina for about 6 months to find the perfect townhome. I had flexibility on timing, and was a first-time homebuyer so I was very picky. We looked at upwards of 30 homes and she was very patient and friendly through the whole process! She also grew to understand my taste and what I was looking for, suggesting specific homes and neighborhoods for me to look at. She was very thorough through the entire process, especially once we gave an offer and filled out all the paperwork (first time for me on all of that). 10/10, would recommend Gina to anyone looking for a realtor!

Gina was incredible when buying my first home. She walked through every step in depth, making sure I understood what was required and what part it played in the process. She is extremely professional, always followed up and was always prepared. When touring homes she offered great advice and pointed out things to be cognizant of that a first time buyer may not think of, knew about each neighborhood and how houses nearby compared.
