When it was time to sell my parents home of 55 years I contacted Sue Norling. She understood what a difficult decision selling the home that had been enjoyed by four generations of our family was. Gina Roberts came into our lives to lead us through something we did not want to do...sell our home. It took less than one meeting for us to realize how lucky we were to have had Gina recommended to us. Gina really knows real estate, she understands all the rules, regulations and the ethics of the trade. The greatest 'gift' she brought to the process was her understanding of people. She was also very understanding of our feelings and thus never pushed a deadline or a decision. Gina suggested, made recommendations when specifically asked, but always had us make the decision. Once we had everything ready and asking price established Gina adjusted the "selling schedule" so that we were in our new location and did not have to deal with all the potential buyers coming through our home and everything that goes with that. Gina not only took care of the selling of the home and all the details, rules and laws that applied, she took care of us and how we were feeling. All of these traits of Agent Gina are nice, but the question is "Did they work?" The house sold in one day; Gina's marketing of the house was exceptional so interest was great; it was priced well above the typical asking price for the community but everyone agreed it was done right; it sold for 12% over asking; there were 21 written offers (all over the asking price); Gina walked through every offer pointing out the positives and the negatives. Gina shepherded us through the closing process...complicated, yes. But with Gina's leadership everything went very smoothly. Gina, the professional real estate agent, is that rare combination of a very high level of knowledge and skill in the area of real estate, an incredibly high level of ethics, and a wonderful personality and respect for people. We didn't want to do what we had to do but...our house is sold; we miss it. We don't interact on a regular basis with Gina Roberts any more; we really miss her. She is an olympic class real estate agent!!

Recently, my widowed mother made the decision that it was finally time to move out of her 67-year-old home which she and my father raised her 4 children. After she was moved, my siblings and I were left with the task of preparing the house for sale and get it sold. Since none of us siblings live very close and no-one really wanted to take on the task of removing almost 70 years of stuff, cleaning, painting and preparing the house to put on the market, we decided we should just list the house "as is" with a company who buys houses like our mothers and let someone else deal with it. I contacted 2 of the companies we have all seen advertised on TV and Stacy who was referred by my sister-in-law. I met with all three on the same day at different times and asked them to provide me with their best offer to buy the house "as is". Since the offers from the other two companies were not that great, and the buyer that Stacy represented was not interested in purchasing the house, she proposed that SHE, take on the task of preparing the house for sale and listing it on the open market through Keller Williams. The siblings and I were a bit reluctant at first, thinking that somehow, one or all of us would have to be involved in some way, which we really did not want to do. Stacy assured us that she would absolutely take care of everything from start to finish. Well, she did! She had the entire contents of the house removed within a couple days. Some was donated to local charities and the rest was removed by a company she arranged for. She then had the house professionally cleaned, and the photographer came in. (payment for everything was deferred until closing) The house went on the M.L.S. within a few days, with pictures and was sold at a very good price the same day it was listed. All of this happened, and we did not have to do anything! I would highly recommend her for anyone who is in the position that we were in, with a house to be sold "as is". Thank you, Stacy!!!
