Jorge was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of selling my home. With a masters in finance and business, Jorge thoroughly reviewed the financials and market conditions and guided me to the perfect price point for my home (can be really tough to do in this market)! He was always available and helped with every obstacle along the way (roof replacement, home inspections, renovations, high maintenance buyers, HOA citation, etc.)! It helps that he’s also bilingual. I couldn’t recommend Jorge and his team enough! He made the start of my somewhat traumatic journey towards retirement, almost…dare I say it, pleasant! Jorge also has an agent Colleen, who is more than just a real estate agent, she works hard to find me answers to any of my questions. She also keeps me updated on the sales information. If you’re looking to buy/sell in the Orlando area, I recommend Yanou. We were moving out of state and had to sell our home, just as the market took a hit. Yanou really is a master of pacing. She understood the market enough for us not to jump to accept ANY offer but also explained realistically what we should expect. She was patient when we had a lot of questions. Ion came recommended to us by close friends. They said “There is no one else who they’d rather have in their corner”. We’ve come to realize what an understatement that was. Admittedly, we’re first time home buyers; picky as heck too. We had spreadsheets, lit every candle under the sun, made emotional and logical decisions, threw a 1k+ questions at Ion. He stuck with us through almost a year and a half, through the pandemic basically. He answered every question we had, assuaged every concern. And even if we didn’t have the answer, he was there for us, researching, learning alongside us. We found dream picks, fixer uppers, flooded homes, made offers, got out-bid, all the heart breaking experiences. He stayed with us through and through.
