This was 1st time having to sell a home for me. Dawn explained everything very well. Her & staffed helped me thru a lien that was complicated with solar panels on home. Dawn & Laurie were able to care of house while I already moved out of state and I had truly left my house in their hands including the pool. Her advice on what I needed to happen, what didn’t need to happen, who the buyers would be, and how the market was going was all great information on what you’d expect from a true professional and super friendly and encouraging team.
